Glentoran Football Academy is a non for profit and non-governmental organisation that uses football as a tool to address social vices such as gender inequality, hiv/aids, street children and also alleviate poverty by the use of football to provide orphans and vulnerable children with basic education, vocational training and apprenticeship to improve their lives to become responsible adults. These children are trained in collaboration with the Ghana Education Services, Sunyani Municipal Social Welfare, children learning vocational training and apprenticeship graduate as leaders who go back to the communities to become peer leaders and also help train other vulnerable children.

The North Coquitlam United Soccer Club (NCUSC) operates out of the City of Coquitlam, and is a gender-equal, volunteer-run organization. The Club has more than 1,200 youth members, girls and boys, playing on more than 90 teams. Our players range from 4 years old to 17 years old, playing in the Under-5 to Under-18 age groups.
