I have just bad a terrible experience with this company. Having ordered and paid for 3 tickets for a football match on 31/01/06. The company states that it guarantees to have the tickets to you 7 days prior to the event. It is now the 30th Jan and the tickets have yet to arrive. Having contacted the company they merely gave me a mobile number to contact a guy who would arrange to meet us before the event and give us the tickets. This might have been a satisfactory resolution to the problem if the number didn't simply ring through to an answering machine. I have made purchases online before and generally review the companies before using them. There were no reviews for this company and after my experiences with them I feel I need to get this information circulating in case there are other people trying to decide if they should use this company. I will never use this company again, they are not cheap nor do they deliver what they promise!
