I ordered a Gk Shirt & Short on 20 December 2011, they were despatched the same day and I received them on 22 December. I thought i would not get them till Jan as delivery was upto 28 days in the t's & c's - excellent service, Sammy P, West Sussex.

Unfortunately the worst rating you can give prosocceruk is one star! They don't even deserve that! They are without a doubt the worst company I have dealt with!! Ordered a kit from them on the 5th August, 2 weeks passed then I rang up 38, yes!!! 38!!!! times to enquire about the kit. When I finally got through to speak to the stupid idiot on the other end of the line, who was none other than Lionel, he was more interested in slating the standard of football his own so called customers were playing at and giving me a story about the standard of football he had played at in his 20 years!! You will not be able to speak to this company and you will not get an email back. Granted the website looks good and the deals are cheap but we have been given more dates and surprise surprise no kit turned up!! We were told that the Goalkeeper kit went to printing, then a week later when we are chasing up they dont have that goalkeeper kit at all, they offer us a different kit in a larger size for the same price!!!!!! They have given a date of the 24th September for the socks and the 5th OCTOBER for the shorts. If I ever meet Lionel I would have more than a few things to say to him. I cannot stress how poor this "company" is, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I wish I saw this review website first! Worst customer service ever

Like others, looked at web site,great selection, ordered 2 kits for my sons team up here in Scotland, sent cheque got a couple of calls/e-mails then some excuses re customs, will be ready in.....your order is priority........still no communication, have tried to call.....ha........sent e-mails reply.......no chance, I noticed the link was added by lionel, just so happens a lionel works there and was my 1st contact, if it is you lionel do your customers a favour.....call/mail them, i know its a busy time for clubs wanting kits but don't ignore people.....and sort your phones........ potential customers be wary

I ordered a team strip in Mid July 2011, after 3 weeks I chased up the order as I was under the impression they would notifiy me of delays. I was informed that my kit would be dispatched in a weeks time. A week came and passed, I then chased again and was informed that they were missing part of the order and were expecting it in the next delivery in another weeks time. That week came and passed and shock horror no delivery. I am now near two months since I placed the order and still no sign of the kit. I will never order from this company again, as for my kit I am still chasing and have sent my first letter to trading standards.

DO NOT deal with this "company", they are truely awful. I have been waiting over 12 weeks now for delivery of a kit, the promise of 28 days delivery is a joke. When i enquired after 6 weeks i got told the kit was unavailable and offered an alternative that i accepted. 3 more weeks passed and still no delivery or communication despite sending many emails. (No telephone number). They didn't reply until i asked to cancel my order, a further 3 weeks on they have still not processed my refund and i am taking legal advice and also contacting Trading Standards. The worst ever customer experience i have had the bad luck to encounter. A good website that quite honestly hides a shambles of a business that cannot forfill its promises or provide any decent level of customer service at all.
